自2012年起，藍妹有機農場一心一意為香港提供最純淨的本地有機蔬菜。面對食品產業對健康飲食文化的挑戰，我們堅守回歸自然、營養豐富的食品理念。遠離長期貯存和化學添加劑，我們致力於保護和促進植物自然產生的營養成分。加入我們，共同為自己的健康和地球的未來出一分力，讓我們的世界變得更加美好。

 

 

Since its inception in 2012, Blue Girl Organic Farm has been dedicated to providing Hong Kong with the purest local organic vegetables. Confronting the food industry’s challenges to healthy dietary culture, we adhere to principles of natural and nutrient-rich foods. Moving away from long-term storage and chemical additives, our focus is on preserving the natural nutrients found in plants. Bluegirl Organic Farm was established in 2012 and has always adhered to the principle of „the most basic component of the sustainability of life, which comes from a friendly environment and healthy food“

『藍妹有機農莊​』實行與大自然妥協，和諧共存的有機耕種生產方式。 我們注重農場土壤和水源的保護，以及投入物資的管制。 絕不使用化學農藥，化學農藥直接傷害接觸者的皮膚與吸入者的呼吸道，也會造成田間小動物的死亡。 絕不使用化學肥料，化學肥料被植物吸收當作營養成分後，酸根會留在土壤中，破壞土壤理化性質，讓有益微生物消失，蚯蚓無法生存，讓土地愈趨貧脊。 我們實行無農藥、無化學肥料的耕作方式，使用輪作、間種等方式耕種而減少蟲害，依季節性適地適種。 有機農業是一種良心事業，有機農業是藝術的農業，有機農業是生態、生產、生活、生生不息的平衡點。『藍妹有機農莊』實行並推廣！ Blue Girl Organic Farm practices organic farming in harmony with nature, focusing on soil and water conservation and material control. Their approach includes crop rotation and intercropping to naturally reduce pests and adapt to seasonal changes. Organic farming is considered an ethical, artistic, and ecological balance, a philosophy that Blue Girl Organic Farm actively implements and promotes.

『藍妹有機農莊』利用農場的資源，實行活動教學，讓香港當代學生有機會去接觸泥土、陽光、不同植物及一些小昆蟲。透過學習及實踐有機耕種理論，讓學生學到生態系統如何運作及保護環境的重要，而且在耕種的過程當中，學生可以看到農作物的成長，對植物有更多認識。在耕種活動中便能認識到日常我們所吃的食物是如何種出來的。 學生不但在知識層面上有所長進，透過對大自然的接觸，個人的環保意識亦有所增加，而且可以在活動當中學到怎樣與人合作，變得更富責任感，對學生的成長產生了正面影響。 學生親身經歷過種植農作物時的艱辛，更加明白食物得來不易，日後會更加珍惜食物。 Blue Girl Organic Farm utilizes its resources to offer experiential learning activities, giving students in Hong Kong the chance to engage with soil, sunlight, various plants, and insects. Through learning and practicing organic farming theories, students gain insights into how ecosystems function and the importance of environmental protection. These activities not only enhance their knowledge but also foster a sense of responsibility and cooperation among them, positively impacting their growth. Experiencing the challenges of crop cultivation firsthand, students learn to appreciate the value of food and the effort required to produce it, encouraging them to cherish food more in the future.
